Not sure why bad reviews. This place is awesome. I have never had bad service ever. The employees have always been pleasant and engage in small talk even when busy. Drop off a breeze, pick ups a breeze.

I want to give a huge compliment to Amanda ! She has awesome customer service skills. She was so friendly and helpful on the phone. We had business paperwork to print, we are on the road , and Amanda made the experience so easy. She had our paperwork printed and waiting for us, and also took the time to help our tech challenged selves, to print an additional document. So patient and kind, really appreciated. We do lots of travel and business in rural towns, and she definitely gave Silver City, a good impression for us. THANK YOU! Amanda, I hope your day, goes as smoothly as you made ours.
