  I want to give a huge compliment to Amanda ! She has awesome customer service skills. She was so friendly and helpful on the phone. We had business paperwork to print, we are on the road , and Amanda made the experience so easy. She had our paperwork printed and waiting for us, and also took the time to help our tech challenged selves, to print an additional document. So patient and kind, really appreciated. We do lots of travel and business in rural towns, and she definitely gave Silver City, a good impression for us. THANK YOU! Amanda, I hope your day, goes as smoothly as you made ours.

  What a ridiculous policy to charge $2.75 to email a document for printing. You know this is not 1992, right? Pro-tip: upgrade your copy machine so that customers can print directly. Won't return to this location.

  Warm welcome, attentive to my needs, the most friendliest ups store I’ve ever been to. I never leave reviews but I had to today. Staff went above and beyond

  Shameful behavior by the dark-haired female employee. She basically kicked us out of the store. Sorry if you are having a bad day, just don’t take it out on customer’s looking for some basic service. I did let the employee know that I would be leaving a negative review and her response was “bye!!!…bye!!” Unbelievable.
