  Employee been on a 30 minute break and I waited for 40+ minutes and the employee never came to serve. Veri disappointing

  The employee was on lunch break. All of the food was uncovered and a mess. Looked like the food was old. Didn't stay to eat.

  Only reason why they get 4 stars is because they a bit slower than the rest of the subways . And the lady is a bit rude Other than that all good .

  I would give zero stars if I could stopped in here at 9:15 to order a sandwich. There were two girls behind the counter. One was already making sandwiches for a customer and the other one was just dancing around the 1 making the sandwiches told her to see what I want but she did not listen to her. She came out from behind the counter to the dining area and just started looking around doing nothing. I stood there for about 15 minutes without being served so I took my money someplace else where there’s better service better communication, and to the management, you guys gotta do better than this. These employees are ridiculous.

  Came here for a 5 meat Italian. Been to Subway thousands of times, I usually get a "deluxe" or "double meat". Jaymie informs me that they will charge per meat if I get a deluxe or double meat.... what? Basically she was telling me she will charge me $3 per meat, $15 extra for a double meat 5 meat Italian on top of the sandwich price. Jaymie then tells me another customer basically had the same "problem" I had. 🤣 No Jaymie, thats not how that work but im not incharge of training, or haven't experienced anyother Subway before.
