  Recently remodeled, very efficient and friendly staff. Helpful with Amazon returns, walked me thru the email process for printing labels and packaging. Easy drop off shredding.

  Consider this ZERO stars... This place is a joke. They now have temporary business hours taped on the door, due to "staff shortages" but not online, nor on their phone message. I drive 15 miles to get there only to find this out. Many months ago, their remodeling had the place shut down for numerous weeks; same non-information. Do yourself a favor - go to the Zafarano location or use FedEx and avoid this disaster.

  Location is ok, usually not to crowded. But I have gone there a few times and they are closed during hours they are supposed to be open. Wish they would communicate these closures better to avoid wasted trips. Or better yet be open during your listed store hours. 71/18/26 Edit, lowered to one star today cause I stopped by and guess what another store closed during it's regular business hours. Just an unprofessional thing they do at this location at will it seems and think little about wasted customers trips. Get your act together.
