  Location is ok, usually not to crowded. But I have gone there a few times and they are closed during hours they are supposed to be open. Wish they would communicate these closures better to avoid wasted trips. Or better yet be open during your listed store hours.

  I have come to this place 4 days in a row and it's closed! But yet your website says you're open. Very frustrating

  Business is temp closed but does not have it posted on Google. Instead you get to waste your time driving to the store to find a note on the door saying it’s closed for renovations. As I type this review I’m sitting outside of ups and 2 separate people after me also attempted to go to the store to find it’s closed

  It’s a really good store but they have not been updating their outgoing phone message regarding the completion date of their renovation. The current message is over two weeks old saying they will reopen on April 6th. When I went out of my way to drop something off there yesterday (the 20th) they were closed and there is a note saying they ‘may’ re-open on Wednesday the 22nd. While I appreciate these things cannot always be forecasted perfectly the outgoing phone message should be kept up to date so customers don’t make repeated unnecessary trips to the store. Even if your message says that you are delayed and don’t know when you will reopen that would have been helpful. Thank you!

  I had originally given this place a 5 star rating since they were giving me great service but I recently had an incident with them where they told me that I could leave my package with them to be picked up by USPS and this was 22 days ago as of posting this and my package is no where to be found and I had to refund my customer his money and now my expensive merchandise is lost (or stolen and that's what I suspect) and the bald guy who works there is really rude and acted like he didn't want to help me at all and I've been up there several times as well as to the post office and nothing has been done to find my merchandise.. Never ever leave USPS packages with them it'll end up "disappearing"...
