Been going to Subway my whole life nearly 40 years, This was the First Problem I have ever had with Subway But the Anger, Hassle and Frustration has made this my Last time I will ever eat at Subway Again, So today I placed an Order online i paid with my Card I get to the Subway on Rodeo rd like 30 minutes after i ordered and the employee there tells me they never received it, so I check my online banking account and there is the transaction as pending but on their end the order never came through, So the employee tells me to wait 10 min so I wait like 25 minutes I go back in and tell her I know this is not your fault it is the systems fault she would not give me the owners number, so I wrote down my number for her to give to the owner so I can get a refund for something I was charged for and never received I am still waiting to hear back from the franchise owner.

First, the customer in front of me just wants a plain tuna no bread and couldn’t get this order because the lady couldn’t understand that he didn’t want no bread. As a business owner, I would never turn away a customer on something. That’s so simple to accommodate. Next customer wanted tomatoes, but there are no tomatoes so the customer walks out. I’m next in line I order two sandwiches. One is a barbecue sandwich. before the order is done. The lady should’ve checked If there was barbecue sauce it’s a barbecue sandwich, but everything was made up to that point where then she let me know there’s no barbecue tells me at the end instead of at the beginning when I could’ve ordered something different next, the lady who works there is on the phone, the whole time with somebody in her ear, distracting her so every time that a customer is telling her, hey this is what I want for a sandwich. She would ask a second, third time a fourth time up to the point where the guy who wanted the tuna sandwich got really frustrated . He was like this is what I want and even at that point, she still wasn’t listening to the order. This has been probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at Subway and I’m definitely not coming back to the one on rodeo Road. They didn’t have any ingredients that was needed. Their drink machines were shut down and their staff was horrible horrible.

Ordered a "protein wrap"...counter girl has ABSOLUTELY NO customer service skills much less any kind of idea on how to smile. Prepared my order in the sloppiest way I have EVER been served for paying food... didn't even place the correct kind of cheese and doesn't know what "grilled" means. Won't be back
