  Sure Stays Hotels billing department is awful. They double and triple bill, then refund and so on. It causes havoc with my ability to use my card and gives me much anxiety . A sister hotel, Coyote South, charged me a $47.56 no show fee even though I properly cancelled with Expedia and received a cancellation confirmation. Now they're refusing to give me a refund. Inn At Santa Fe was fine, especially Danielle Rockwood, the manager, and Oscar at the front desk, but I will never stay at a Sure Stay property again due to their questionable billing practices. It's especially disappointing since they are part of Best Western Hotels, a former favorite of mine.
