  Saturday FexEx priority overnight shipment failed to deliver. A known address, and they said that "there was a problem with the address," but they can deliver on Monday, no problem. This is the second time that this has happened. They have lazy drivers who don't care about delivering on Saturday. FedEx Doesn't care about the calls either. They promise a call from a supervisor and nothing. Zero follow up !

  FEDX failed and delivered an important package to someone else's home! I was notified with a pic of delivery which was entirely the wrong door now 1 week ago! I think the driver/delivery person does not have the aptitude or is unconscious. The same for that persons manager. The issue is still unresolved and FEDX is communicating that the delivery was made and the issue is now closed? Their claims department are lame and careless and ineffective. CAVEAT EMPTOR!
