  FedEx must believe that everyone is always at home. Repeated attempts to deliver a package requiring a signature failed. Reaching a live person at their customer service office is near impossible. They apparently use various different shippers with no way to communicate. I will never use FedEx.

  Saturday FexEx priority overnight shipment failed to deliver. A known address, and they said that "there was a problem with the address," but they can deliver on Monday, no problem. This is the second time that this has happened. They have lazy drivers who don't care about delivering on Saturday. FedEx Doesn't care about the calls either. They promise a call from a supervisor and nothing. Zero follow up !
