Ok I brought my senior citizen friend here and he was so rude. I was told over the phone 1 thing and a whole nother story in the store. And when you get to the store she had to pay for the phone. I was told over the phone it was free. And I was told the $25 monthly was included. None was true! And he got rude with me. Well, now her phone has bugs in it and she can't even use it at all. She's paying $60 a month and it's a POS! And this company are liars!!!!
The phone is even listed online as being free! That's total BS!!!!!!!

I want to share my experience because I got the best customer service yesterday 3/10/2026. We went in about 6:30 p. - desperate because my Moto G phone stopped working. After being on the phone with cricket customer service for over an hour and trying to fix the problem with several codes to no avail, this guy was able to fix my problem fairly quickly. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I'm sorry to say that I didn't get his name. Anyhow, great experience. Give him a raise.
The staff is not very interactive and not very helpful.
Misspelled my name 3 times, even after I wrote it down in print. Pleasant people but they focus more on each other than on customer satisfaction.
Ok when first started plan. But know the want to charge you to use the bathroom. O hold on they don't even have that!! When buying a phone make sure the internal memory has 16gs before you buy. As I was not told when purchase made and phone could not updated!!!! Now charge me to walk in and pay??? What the hell is that??? Buyer beware!!!
