  I ordered sandwiches and a kids pizza, everything was ready at the time that was expected. The employees were friendly, and the food was good. All the ingredients were fresh and crisp.

  This Subway location is consistently disappointing. They never seem to have the meats, bread, or other basic ingredients in stock. It doesn’t matter if you go during lunch, dinner, or even first thing in the morning there’s always something they’re out of. I’m not sure if it’s a management issue or the employees at this location, but the experience is frustrating every time. A sandwich shop shouldn’t constantly be missing the core items needed to make sandwiches. I’d recommend saving yourself the hassle and driving an extra 5–10 minutes to another Subway location in Bernalillo or elsewhere in Rio Rancho. You’ll likely have a much better experience and actually be able to order what you came for.

  Great staff
