  This Subway location is consistently disappointing. They never seem to have the meats, bread, or other basic ingredients in stock. It doesn’t matter if you go during lunch, dinner, or even first thing in the morning there’s always something they’re out of. I’m not sure if it’s a management issue or the employees at this location, but the experience is frustrating every time. A sandwich shop shouldn’t constantly be missing the core items needed to make sandwiches. I’d recommend saving yourself the hassle and driving an extra 5–10 minutes to another Subway location in Bernalillo or elsewhere in Rio Rancho. You’ll likely have a much better experience and actually be able to order what you came for.

  The young dark hair girl working seems like she absolutely HATES her job. No hello or welcome when walking in. All she said to us is, "what do you want?" She made no eye contact or even a thank you after paying. Moving forward, we will make the trip to the Subway inside Walmart to avoid this young ladies nasty vibes.
