  Worst Cricket store the employees were not very friendly or knowledgeable messed up my payment and refused to accept responsibility for it. Then they called the owner (Abraham) to see what they could do to fix it and he was very rude and unprofessional, I had been doing business with this store for a number of years but I will never go there again and I am telling everyone I know that has a cricket plan to go elsewhere so they don't get treated the way we did.

  Yesterday my daughter and I went to switch a phone over, it took about two hours because we were having some issues, but Maria helped us and made everything smooth. She was alone in the store and about 10 people walked in the last two hours and she made everyone feel as though they were the only customer. She did such a fantastic job. We will be going back to this location because of her.
