Subway you have to do better! This was the worst experience I have ever dealt with going to any subway! Story time! I’m passing through heading back to Texas and I ordered a pickup order for two sandwiches that both were supposed to be toasted! Clear as day on the receipt. I ordered my Food sitting in my car at 01:35 PM. It was a Little busy and I still had about eight hours left to drive back to Dallas so I figure what could it hurt to just sit down and wait for them to make my food well I didn’t get my food until 1:57 PM. I proceeded to go to the car where I opened up my sandwiches and saying that I had cold food and one of my sandwiches included bacon and pair of Subway guidelines bacon is Most absolutely supposed to be toasted. Well, when I open up my flatbread sandwich, I seen that there was pretty much white and pink bacon On that sandwich and felt the sandwich and it was cold. I then proceeded to open up my other sandwich that was also cold and you could also tell from The wrapping paper. I wrap my second sandwich that I had just opened up And then my flatbread. I took it back inside to the new cashier who I didn’t get their name because he was new and felt it was not necessary. I told him both of these sandwiches were supposed to be toasted and they were on the receipt, especially the flatbread that has bacon on. It has raw bacon on it, and I sat the sandwiches on the counter, and I walked out because I was frustrated that I was given cold sandwiches and one of the sandwiches belonged to my child. So to use my mind in the situation, I walked out and I want to wash my hands with soap and water that I had in my car and I came back in and waited patiently to see if I was gonna get any notification or update on my sandwiches. I waited for about five people to go through the line and ended with the last person that had walked in right before me before I handed the cashier my sandwiches and after that person love, I asked in a respectful manner “if they were able to toast my sandwiches yet” And he responded. I’m not too sure. I would have to ask them and he was referring to the other employee David and his management Solomon So then, David respond and states that he didn’t know what to do with the sandwiches I came in, threw them down and didn’t say anything So he didn’t know what to do with them” From there I responded all I want was them to be toasted, especially the one with the flatbread and raw bacon Yeah, also I never do anything down when I placed them on the register and push them forward toward the cashier”. Hey David, in responded I was going to have to wait for everybody else in line which was another 6 to 7 customers Then from there, I just requested for a refund. The manager on duty did come and give me a refund and I did sign a receipt for my refund and as I was walking out, I hear last year from the staff. I walked to my car. I pulled out the parking lot and then pull back around and walk back in and ask the manager on duty. What was his name and the other employee’s name that was making my food. Then I proceeded to let him know that if I did anything to disrespect him that I don’t remember I do apologize, but I do not recall, but I did let him know that it is not OK and nothing About giving anybody cold food or raw bacon! I also let him know that his complete disregard for me and my family‘s health was the reason why I requested for a refund And also That’s Poor leadership skills while having a new crew member on duty. To you David had I not checked my child’s food and my child would’ve became critically ill due to your lack of concern about my food the last of your worries would’ve been a complaint it would’ve been a call from my lawyer buddy so I would’ve advise to take your job serious buddy. I will be submitting a complaint to the Health Dept & BBB on behalf of my interaction today as well!
