  Entered this office today to find out this isn't our location anymore. It's on Louisiana, NE heights.The woman to the right of the entry door stated she couldn't help us with a claim.Called the Louisiana office and spoke to someone, we needed to go there in person, after I told her we didn't want to go to the heights.Get to the office on Louisiana and there's no one there!Door's locked.Mrs. Desk to the right, you wasted over an hour of our day and gas to go on a goose chase.We sat on the entry bench calling in our claim, which we should have done from the Westside. We will be leaving this insurance company because of you and your location sending our policy to the NE heights.Very disappointing and a major inconvenience for us!
