  Only two of those kids were wearing gloves one girl was handling the veggie stick with her bare hands another guy was boxing food and swiping at his nose multiple times all with bare hands only the two cooks were wearing gloves

  Customer service was outstanding, fast, friendly and accurate! Facility was clean and well kept. Food came out fresh and plentiful. Good job.

  Had to get food out of the trash and ended up with not even them to remake the order bad service will never come here again I spent 40$ for it to in the trash

  I'm very upset at this Wing Stop in Los Lunas, NM. I ordered 75.00 worth of food. I order 3 of the 2 person meal each meal includes 20 wings and a LG fry. I also ordered 2 large fried corns. I live 35 miles from the Wing Stop. They forgot one of my fried corns. I called the Los Lunas store to let them know I was missing a fried corn. They told me that I could come back and get the corn. I explained I live 35 miles away and I couldn't come back. I asked if they could just note it so the next time I was in Los Lunas I could pick up the LG fried corn or just refund the money to my credit card since it was an online order. I was informed by the employee that they could not do either. I asked to speak the manager. The employee said the manager said the same thing. I asked again to speak to the manager another employee supposedly his name was Santiago. He told me the same thing. I told him that I would call the district manager he told me the district manager was there and said the same thing. I told him I wanted to speak the district manager. He told me to hold on and he put me on hold. They then just left me on hold. I stayed on hold on my phone then I called back on my husband's phone. When they answered I told the person that answered the phone I needed to speak to the manager so another employee got on the phone and said he was the one in charge I again explained the situation again. He told me they couldn't do either. So I will be calling district manager on Monday.
