  The food is always good and the service is usually great. This time I asked was a little disappointed, I asked for extra pickles and the manager brings me three of the smallest pickles in a cup and says that's all he can provide. I asked him to fill small plastic cup and charge me what ever the cost is and he refused. I know its petty but I really wanted wingstops pickles. So I was a little disappointed with the service this time.

  First and last time eating at Wingstop. So I saw a blurb online that today was National Chicken Wing Day so I searched for a deal and settled on this place instead of BWW. Big Mistake. Not only was the food average but I asked for a cup of ice and the woman says they don’t give free cups.I tipped $4 on a $8 take out order.. Never again.

  Our order was wrong and did not realize until we got home. This is the third time that a mistake has happened but we have been understanding. Today I spoke to the manager who refused to tell me their name and when I asked for a refund she stated that they cannot do those in store but would not give me any more information about what steps I need to take. She then said I would have to bring back the wings. I said I would tomorrow. Then she said I would have to speak to the “bigger guy” named Angie tomorrow but would refused to share if Angie had an email or when she would be in store. This is a waste of time, food and gas. The lack of accountability is not acceptable.

  I just ordered lemon pepper and got garlic parm and called to get a credit and they denied one to me if i didnt take it back. I ordered delivery for a reason..

  Love this place! Always get dinner with my family here great family friendly atmosphere and great customer service!
