  They went 20 minutes past the cook time so then my food was cold. The ladies in the back were moving like molasses! Do not order from here! On top of all that they didn’t even give me all my food. BS.

  Ordered delivery from this store and my food was prepared and left the store at a reasonable time. Driver dropped 3-4 locations and then parked at dominoes pizza for 40 minutes. Had to cancel my order because nobody likes soggy fries or cold wings. Called in to cancel and lady on the phone says 'you order left but we dont know what happened to it'. It was sitting at dominoes pizza. Thats what happened to it. They offer delivery, then claim its not their fault when food doesn't show up or shows up cold

  I was really disappointed with my order today. I ordered the spiciest flavor, but the wings came out extremely dry and had very little sauce on them. They honestly tasted almost like I had ordered plain wings. I was really looking forward to the flavor, especially since I chose the spiciest option, so it was frustrating to receive wings with barely any sauce.

  If your order for delivery, you may not get all of your food. I was missing part of my order. Of course you can go pick it up, but you already paid a delivery fee. After being on hold, then admitting they messed up, you still have to wait for your food to be made when you get there.

  Food used to be so good. Now they hardly put sauce, and no matter how ahead you order, whether catering or a simple meal for two. They'll never have it on time. How the hell am I supposed to plan around events and pay per views? if theyre always at least 30 minutes late to the agreed upon time? What really makes it annoying is that they lie to you and say oh itll be 20 minutes and 20 minutes later they still havent dropped your wings at all. And the girl in front has the gall to make a stank face and mean eyes when I say "Its been 20 minutes with no progress so can I just do a refund?" Im updating this review because corporate is no help too. They respond to your review and say to reach out then never respond. They also try to not process your refund until you nag them. That 7-10 business days of "professing" must be hoping you forget.
