  I hadn't been to Wingstop in years. I received a gift card from a friend and ordered a combo of 8 Hickory Smoked BBQ wings and seasoned fries. My order was ready more than 10 minutes after the estimated time. The fries were okay but the wings were SO dry. The chicken was dry and there was hardly any BBQ sauce coating the wings which made it hard to eat. The flavor itself was just okay. I'm glad it was a free meal but I wasn't even able to finish it. I'd rather spend my money at Bubba's. The quality has definitely declined over the years.

  Every time I come to this location the ladies working the front are always slacking off. Completed orders will just sit there on the shelves and they will be in the back just talking to the other workers there. I have seen numerous times where orders are done and the person there has to wait for the front worker to finally realize they need to hand out the order. Wingstop already has a bad reputation with long wait times, the workers have ZERO sense of urgency and it’s a real problem for customers picking up and for dashers as well. I highly doubt anything will be done to resolve this issue, but I do hope this is taken seriously.

  Wow! I have been to different Wingstop locations both in El Paso and Las Cruces. This location did a great job! The staff was very friendly and energetic. It is so refreshing to see people who are doing their job and doing it well! The food was great. I really loved the order tracker they have in the store. It helps to see when the order will be ready. This location is smaller than others I have been to and may be more of an order ahead and pick up location as it only has a few tables. Other than that, I was happy with my experience and will return!
