I had such a great experience at this UPS Store and wanted to recognize the amazing staff Nichole, Jacob, and Sammy. They were all incredibly respectful, helpful, and created such a welcoming environment. While I was waiting, they made great conversation and made the whole experience pleasant.
I also witnessed Nichole professionally handling a very upset customer. She explained the store policy clearly and thoroughly, remained calm, respectful, and handled the situation exactly how a manager should. Sometimes people don’t understand that employees are simply following company policy, and Nichole did everything she could to explain it professionally.
Working in customer service isn’t easy, and this team handled themselves with patience and professionalism. Their communication and redirection skills are excellent, and it’s obvious they genuinely care about helping customers.
Thank you all for helping me with my fax and printing needs, and for the great conversation as well. I’ll definitely be coming back. Don’t let one difficult interaction overshadow what an awesome team you are. This trio is doing an amazing job.

Nichole is not very helpful or good at explaining things. And she is argumentative. Poor customer service. Also, I looked up all the requirements for getting a box online. There qas no mention of a three month minimum. Im only going to be here for two months to recover from surgery, and I feel scammed out of an extra month for nothing. This is a ridiculous policy that is furthering my financial hardship. Shame on the owner for this policy.

Seems leaving a negative comment is not the way to go as it weighs my conscience down. Move forward and go on.
As a business owner in Las Cruces, my experience with UPS is good. Ai is not helping here!
Nicole was the most disrespectful representative I’ve encountered. Not only did she attempt to overcharge me, but when I questioned the pricing since it didn’t match what another store had quoted she became frustrated and told me, “Or you can go print somewhere else.”
Additionally, she and another employee left me standing at the counter and went to the corner to laugh instead of assisting me. This behavior felt dismissive and unprofessional, and it made for a very unpleasant customer experience. I left the store shaking because I was so upset by how I was treated.
As a member of the military, I expect to be treated with a basic level of respect and professionalism. I would like to receive a formal apology and assurance that this kind of behavior will be addressed.
