    1 star. I dropped off 5 items at this UPS Store, but my receipt initially showed only 4. After I questioned it, the staff corrected it and told me two items were shipped under one label and that there would be no problem. One item was never received, and I have been unable to get the tracking number or meaningful assistance despite repeatedly contacting and visiting the store. I was promised follow-up calls that never happened. Extremely disappointing customer service and lack of accountability.

    They are always super nice super friendly and super fast in and out never have a hard time with any returns faxes or any related issues ever love the employees there also they are amazing I drive across town that I live near to other UPS stores and I rather drive to this one!!

    I'd give their customer service 5 stars, but the form that is emailed for credit card approval is not user friendly to be able to complete electronically and return
