  We walked in without an appointment and had a complicated set of notarizing, printing, copying, and certified mailing to do, and Ozzy was super helpful and efficient. We didn't have to wait at all, and I felt really confident that we got it done correctly. We'll definitely return if we have similar needs in the future.

  I wish I had gotten the persons name that was there when I went. She was so friendly and helpful. My daughter also goes to this location and says she is always so friendly and goes out of her way to help.

  By far my favorite UPS store! The clerks are so friendly. The young man is so cheerful and needs to go into politics or something to make the world a better place. And the nice lady is always kind, efficient and cheerful. I went Tuesday 9/8 at 9am… give those folks a raise they made my day!

  1 star. I dropped off 5 items at this UPS Store, but my receipt initially showed only 4. After I questioned it, the staff corrected it and told me two items were shipped under one label and that there would be no problem. One item was never received, and I have been unable to get the tracking number or meaningful assistance despite repeatedly contacting and visiting the store. I was promised follow-up calls that never happened. Extremely disappointing customer service and lack of accountability. I have visited your location in person several times and also contacted you by phone on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, I was met with nothing but disregard and poor treatment from your management and staff. In the end, I was unable to get reimbursed for the premium service fee I had paid. Since the amount was not significant, I decided not to pursue the matter further online or spend more of my time filing a formal complaint. However, I will never forget the way I was treated. This experience completely changed my view of your company. I will not be contacting you again or using your services in the future.
