It says on here they close at 9:30 but when I went at 8 PM yesterday they were already closed. There was a young kid behind the counter who just shook his head at me.

If i could Rate this store with no stars i would my sister went in and got a drink and a sandwich the drink had a nasty mold taste so my sister went and told the work Estrella about the drink she went to the machine and she pushed them and agreed there was a nasty sewer smell so she call her manager and they said it wasn't there issue it was Pepsi fault. Well my sister go sick so i called to get the GM info and Estrella tells me that she didn't know there name and that she deal with Scott when i asked her when a manager would be there she said i don't know and started getting upset and being rude so in order to get a Corporate number i had to call ANOTHER Subway and the guy was really helpful and got me the info i needed. so sad that she had such bad customer service there was no need to pop off all i ask was what was the name of the GM

Absolutely the rudest customer service experience ever, the worker that was working had a low pony tail and tattoos on her arm, didn’t address me at all, and when I asked for my food since it was a mobile order it was tossed at me and she rolled her eyes, plus the food was horrible, my order was not correct and the portions were so wack.

Gooooodddd the person who served me was so rude and tossed my food at me when I literally only asked for my food, the sandwiches were honestly more depressing then my life and the chips were bland (they were prepackaged btw)

Everytime I order through mobile they give me the worst portioning, most smashed bread they could find, and never toast my sandwhich either. Work on that management i don't spend 40$ on 2 subs for it to be below mediocre
