  I placed an online order for two foot-longs, and they were terrible—very little filling, and they didn't add the dressings I ordered. This is the second time this has happened. The girls working at the Sonoma Ranch location don't look happy doing their jobs; they always have a bad attitude, and the subs they make are very poor quality. My rating is zero stars, but they don't have that option. I don't recommend it; I hope Subway does something soon to save its business.

  I observed unsafe food handling practice. The woman working asked me the same question four times. She was not well for her shift. Lastly, she changed her gloves while our sandwich was being toasted then, proceeded to pick up trash from the floor. Be careful when you order onl
