I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent visit. The customer service was disappointing. I ordered a sub and requested five toppings (spinach, cucumber, pickles, jalpenos, and banana peppers.) When I asked for the fifth topping, I was told that they only allow three toppings on a sandwich and that he would “do me a favor” by adding the fifth. I was also told that other Subway locations would have refused because th policy is only 3 toppings. but I have ordered the same way at other locations before and have never had this issue. I understand that stores may have policies, but the way this was communicated came across as unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. I hope this feedback can be used to improve customer service and ensure policies are communicated more politely in the future.

This is the first time i’ve ever been to a subway where the employee is nice welcoming, and made the most perfect sandwich i’ve ever seen… it tasted just as i expected.. super delicious special thanks to the gentleman who was working by himself, he’s doing amazing he truly needs a raise!
10/10 loved the customer service , my sandwich was made by this really nice man working there and he made it amazing! best subway i’ve been to! definitely recommend:)
