  As we were placing our order my son needed to use the restroom, and as per the employee BOTH the men’s and women’s restroom was not working… apparently both restrooms were backed up, which per city regulations and code every restaurant should have at least 1 operating restroom, and yes we were paying customers just like the sign said. Horrible service will never be back.

  Double check the meat!! We order 3 steak and egg sandwiches, the meat was sour and nasty! Called and told them about it, spit mine in the trash and threw it, did my friend, we returned the last one to make sure they knew about it, the employee didn’t even remove the meat from the line!! He just said he could remake it, after that I wouldn’t trust any other meat from there! Remember HE DID REMOVE THE REST OF THE SOUR MEAT THAT WAS THERE!

  Place sucks now. Young guy that's always working there has a terrible attitude. Went in today for a BMT, he pulled out burnt bread, I asked if he could use another, he said they're all like that. He put turkey instead of salami for the BMT, even after I prompted him saying it didn't look like the right meat. Then when I asked for more lettuce he said they couldn't because they have limit controls on it since their freezer isn't working properly. Just quit if you're the kid and close if you're the owner who can't operate a kitchen.

  Today toaster was out, no napkins, 2 weeks ago no toaster was out, everytime i come here there out of something. What is going on

  Subway has really gone downhill in my opinion, cost me $12 for a 6-in sandwich. I did add avocado but how does 1 tbsp of avocado increase the price that much. Their toaster was broken so cold subs only which was fine. Very little care to how the sandwich was made and pretty bland flavor overall. The bread does not even seem fresh anymore either. I know all the prices are going up but this just seems pretty ridiculous.
