We had a great experience here. Alex was super friendly and helped us dry off several big boxes that had been soaked in the rain and he got our Amazon return labels attached for us. Great customer service!

Place is great. Staff is very helpful and attentive even when there’s a line. I go here a lot for work and it’s usually super fast.

Impossible to make contact with a real human being to answer a question. Just a song and dance with recordings.

A hit or miss. Employees don’t know anything about their company. Tried telling me I can request a pickup on a box I was ending out for free. When I told him that’s an additional charge he tried arguing. None of the other employees tried helping either just stood around.
