  These guys at the Fed Ex store have always been very helpful and friendly over the years. They have processed Fed Ex mailing and shipments for me, helped print out documents, and have been very friendly and accommodating. I'm not sure about all the bad reviews, but my own personal experiences with them have been absolutely solid.

  Terrible! I go to seal a large FedEx Express box and the guy behind the counter who had what sounded like a Russian accent says I must buy stuffing for $3.99 plus tax to fill 3 inches to the top of the box. Rip off artists. If you need to ship a Fed Ex package go to the professional staffed FedEx Express facility off of Amador Ave on the west side of town.
