  My family have used Allstate and Armando has been our agent for years. I bought a vehicle and went in to insure it with his office. The staff there checked all documents and helped me add it to my existing policy. Unfortunately I was in a car wreck and my vehicle was totaled a year later where it was denied, leaving me bearing the entire cost of the vehicle and my medical expenses. Allstate corporate said the claim was denied because my vehicle wasn’t eligible for coverage all after Armando and his agency reassured me I was covered when the accident happened. They admitted fault after I explained why Allstate corp gave me the reason why my claim was denied but I still got screwed. do not trust these guys as they take your money and then make stupid excuses not to cover you.

  I recently lost my mother and had to change things over into my name. From the start, Armando Najera’s team have always been helpful, kind, and compassionate, while trying to navigate a solution to a concern I had. Specifically, Victoria and Christina - these two ladies are awesome. Victoria communicated with me thru phone and text, easing my mind and making sure my inquiry was being taken care of. Sure enough, in an expeditious manner, she fixed things quickly and securely. I greatly appreciate these ladies, and all the agents at this particular Allstate location.

  Changed everything over from Allstate to State Farm and couldn’t be happier but now I can even get Allstate to answer so I can cancel the policy I have with them…
