  Subway The employees have very poor customer service and a bad attitude. They are extremely slow, and they give you less meat than you are supposed to receive. There were three employees, but only one person was actually working while the other two were just walking around the store. When the line started getting long, they finally came over, running around and rushing, but they still treated customers with a bad attitude and disrespect. Overall, the service was very slow, unorganized, and unprofessional.

  They were out of 1/2 of the meats (only teriyaki chicken, turkey, and bacon, no meatballs or normal chicken or philly), only wheat and white, no mayo, no side cups, and didn't say any of this until we ordered it, so we just canceled all but our first sandwich and left. Person behind the counter could have just told the long line of people what was up so we wouldn't waste our time, but no.

  After looking at the reviews, I noticed this location has many one-star ratings. It gives the impression that management doesn’t take customer feedback seriously or address the ongoing issues. When employees face no accountability, poor customer service and unprofessional behavior can become the norm. I hope Subway looks into these concerns and takes steps to improve the customer experience at this location.

  Hi, guys and gals. I stopped at the pilot in, Jamestown New Mexico, while on my travels and the subway that was attached was pleasantly good. I ordered the flat bread with turkey and pepper jack cheese toasted and pretty much all the veggies,lite mayo and added oil/vinegar to taste. My son ordered the same minus the veggies. It was simple and satisfied the hunger. The gentlemen did their absolute best to service our sandwich request. Although, the veggies were a bit withered and the tomatoes were soggy, I still appreciated the service rendered. The only thing was the tables, floors etc. surrounding area, was not clean, but I was so hungry, I just trusted the process and skedaddled.
