    I came here and the workers were okay. But they weren’t on register so they had to get the manager. The manager was rude and impatient. It didn’t take me more than 3 minutes to order. I accidentally forgot to order something, but it was just a 3 pc tender. She didn’t hesitate to make faces and sigh out loud. I try to be understanding because she’s probably tired and working nights, but that’s no excuse to be rude. At no point was I rude and I even apologized for forgetting to order the tenders. She didn’t seem too nice to the other workers either. Waiting time was a bit long and they had one order before us, but I can’t say that it’s bad since I don’t know what the people before us ordered.

    ordered online, said the order would be ready in 15 min, so we went in 20, got there had to wait another 40 min to get my order. three of the four workers was jus standing out on their phones and one was watching movies, and arguing about who was in charge, the only person that was working was the short mexican guy at the fryer station. Worst first time experience would not recommend plus wings were kinda of dry, fries were cold, i’d expected fresh hot food, waiting that long.

    Absolutely horrible service. Took an hour to get my chicken. And when I finally got it the chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way

    I was on my first Uber delivery and when the cook asked me for the name I gave her the order number and she said we don't use those numbers and I said oh I'm sorry, that's the number that I have here and I showed it to her on the app. She then refused to give me the order, threatened to call the police on me for trespassing if I didn't leave immediately and told me she was going to get me fired from Uber! She has messy curly hair on top of her head, kinda red headed, no makeup, Maybe around 55 years old 🤷 I feel absolutely horrible because I don't know if that person got their food that they paid for or not or if that lady stole her food like did she eat it and that's why she couldn't give it to me? I don't know what's happening there, but I know I didn't do anything wrong. We are trained to give them your order number, not your name. If she hasn't been properly trained that's on her, but don't threaten to call the police on me when actually she's the one stealing because that order has already been paid for and she won't give it to me to deliver. So if you're the person who was supposed to get 10 wings 5 BBQ and 5 something else, Parmesan fries and a 32 oz coke at lunch I'm so sorry! 😭 In response to the owner's reply: no thank you, I will not be contacting you. Why would I risk getting arrested for trespassing and go back to your establishment? It wasn't my food, I was just the delivery driver. You need to check with the person who ordered it and make sure that they're good, not me. I don't like Wingstop anyways so I never order there. So you can take your trying to make it right with me and take it somewhere else. Your employee threatened to have me arrested for trespassing and then you want me to come back?!? You are insane!

    I went in at my location in Hobbs NM zip code 88240 me and my wife stood at the counter for a while there was only 2 cooks nobody helped us until about 5 min of standing there we got told they are not taking any walk inns due to short staff we asked if it was a long wait that we don’t mind waiting the manager on staff said no she just can’t take our order at all we then ask if we can place order online she said you could but seemed like she didn’t want us to even do that so me and my wife started to walk out then the manager on staff said Oh we are also out of fries me and my wife just shook our heads and walked out. As we’re leaving one of the guys just leans on the front counter
