  My packages are delivered to the wrong address from FEDEX on a regular basis - I am over their delivery drivers being incompetent and under skilled to not be able to match a package to an address, instead of delivering where ever their GPS says. Management said they would call back and never did. Never had issues with FedEx until Hobbs and they are the only courier to not deliver my packages to the correct address. If you can use ANY other courier service, I recommend doing just that.

  I was sent here by AT&T to return my damaged phone to Samsung. They were not very busy so my wait in line was short. Be sure to get a receipt! Without it you can't track your shipment.

  I have had to drop off packages at the UPS store as well as the FedEx store. The woman at the counter of this FedEx was very rude to me. If you can avoid going here, you should! Choose UPS if at all possible. Don't expect to be treated decently at FedEx :(
