  Walked in at 11:14pm. Seen a few employees surrounding the Cashier area. I asked if they're still taking orders. I was told "No, Only online orders." So I went back out to my car, downloaded the app, ordered online. Apps estimated time was 7-12 mins. Waited 20+ mins. Then an "Ex Epmployee" walked in and was allowed to place an order at the register. When I was told that they were only preparing ONLINE ORDERS ONLY. Continued to wait patiently. As they stood there gossiping and catching up. Then the one girl tells the ex employee we're the only 2 here.... while our chicken was just hanging out in the baskets in the back? They redropped the wings in the fryer to warm up and tossed in sauce and packaged up for myself and a doordasher. Still waited almost 30 mins for hard wings and crappy service. The food WAS NOT worth the wait. 👎

  Hi, I love wingstop. This one— very greasy and the chicken was slimy. Didnt finish. Tossed in trash. I think they should have the workers retrained on the preparation? Abq is pretty good, the one by Tingley Beach. The workers are nice. The food just need to be made different? Its very greasy for what reason. Not good. Not again, for a while.

  Service was very unfriendly, the sweet tea machine was broken so I kindly let the staff know-no response, the Dr. Pepper need adjusting to the syrup- again no response from employees' even when I spoke directly to one lady employee. Instead she pushed me to the side to get her own drink and ignored my concern. Same lady serviced us our tray but she just tossed the tray on our table. Rude! I said thank you before leaving and no acknowledgement. Food in general wasn't worth the it either as it looked like they just tossed everything on the tray and tossed it to us like we didn't just pay $30 for 2 people. I wouldn't recommend to go there at all.

  FIRST OFF SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, THE GENTLEMAN THAT TOOK OUR ORDER WAS NICE, AND VERY HELPFUL. Our food was delicious as always wing stop is delicious atmosphere was clean and perfect. When our food was done they brought it out to use we didnt have to go up and get it. Highly recommend eating here .

  This location is a complete embarrassment to the brand. I’ve reached my breaking point after having to call back 8 separate times over the last 6 months just to get a basic order corrected. The level of pure incompetence and laziness from this staff is staggering. They aren’t just bad at their jobs; they are aggressively rude, acting like it’s a massive chore to provide the service I paid for.The food they served me was disgusting. The wings were nothing but rubbery, unrendered fat with zero sauce, and the fries were so buried in salt they were inedible. It is clear that nobody in that kitchen cares about quality or food safety. This place is a disaster run by people who clearly hate their jobs and their customers. Save yourself the headache and the stomach ache. Go literally anywhere else.
