  One of the best experiences EVER! The lady was super helpful, wish I could remember her name. She made it so easy to return something to Amazon that I was completely surprised cause I thought it was going to be a pain.

  Worked with Mike to ship a large number of heavy items. He walked me through all the options and patiently helped to tape boxes, cut down boxes, and pack them all up. Took a bit to get everything together and we felt like we were in the way of the staff, but they never made us feel that way. The staff there were courteous and had great attitudes. Made a stressful process simple and easy. Would highly recommend this location!

  Toward the end of a day where everything seemed to go wrong, I stopped by in a rush 20 minutes before closing, and the employees here were the best part of the day — especially the woman who helped me. Friendly, fast, and extremely helpful. Absolutely outstanding. I’ve had a lot of good experiences at UPS Stores across New Mexico, but this was the best. Thank you.
