  Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The staff were extremely slow preparing sandwiches, causing the line to build up quickly and resulting in long wait times for everyone. The dining area was also not clean. The floors, tables, and fountain drink station were dirty, making the restaurant feel poorly maintained. The biggest issue, however, was that we found a piece of plastic baked into the bread of one of our sandwiches. We immediately brought it to the staff’s attention, and they said they would remake the sandwich. We then waited approximately 30 minutes for a single footlong to be remade. After waiting that long, we actually had to remind the staff that we were still waiting because it appeared they had forgotten about us. When the replacement sandwich was finally ready, there was no apology for the inconvenience, no acknowledgment of the seriousness of finding plastic in the food, and no gesture of goodwill or customer service. Overall, the combination of the slow service, unclean restaurant, and finding a foreign object in the food made for a very poor experience. I won’t be returning to this location, and I would not recommend it to others.

  The food was mid .. the staff was rude , even the manager was so rude to my 10 year old daughter who initially got rasberry iced tea but it was just straight syrup so she poured it out to get a different drink and the manager pratically yelled at my daughter in room full of people to pay for her drink mind you we paid but she wanted us to pay for a second drink even though it would've been a refill ,i didn't want to argue i re-filled my drink and told her to have the day she deserves.. unprofessional and rude.

  Very disappointed with service,I order online at this location many times, i ordered sandwiches for myself and my mother who is an elder,I usually sit and eat with her,but as she was enjoying her sandwich, she took a bite n felt something in her mouth,it was a long hair,it just ruined her appetite, she hardly eats as it is,I lost my appetite also.called the business, they said that it would be taken care of,when I got to the store, they denied me n expected me to pay for it and the person who I spoked to over the phone denied ever speaking to me,so I would not recommend this establishment to anyone, unless you like hair in your sandwich..not eating here again.

  Friendly workers, I asked for a specific sandwich and got something else though. Didnt realize until after Iy was done sadly. Happens more than often.
