  Company decided to "deliver a package with out knocking and slapped a "door tag" and leave, when i had n important package needed to be delivered... it was later and now i am facing fees

  UPS should be the only ones delivering bc they never have issues with our physical address and always deliver on time. Its always FedEx for years now and yet we've been using the same address for years!! I truly think the drivers just want to get home early. Idk why they always say "They Tried" NO THEY DO NOT!! Plus I always get a call from the main office (Aztec/Farmington) until after the driver goes home saying they could not locate me. Yet I pay the $15 extra so i can receive my shipment in 3 days, yet I get my shipment the next following week! So frustrating... Come.on!!
