Absolutely unbelievable assuming she even gave me a real name, miss Elizabeth is one of the most unprofessional/untrained employees I have ever came across. She lacks a complete desire to help her customers. My mother went in to get help with a sim card. (Phone said it could not detect). This lady took one look at my mom's phone and said it does not take an e card, and sent her to another location to by a physical card. Luckily my mom was able to stop by my house so I could look at. It was in fact a ecard issue. Some how in the settings it got switched to physical. The fact that has an ex employee for cricket of almost 8 years I'm still more helpful than a majority of your current employees. But the fact that Elizabeth couldn't even try is unacceptable. Do better cricket. In case she lied about her name this took place at the animas mall location on 04/02/2026 at 6:15pm

Customer service provides no service!!!! Thought i was getting a good deal but the only one getting a good deal was them!!!!

My son Switched from att to cricket, he wont get any service for two or three more days, maybe, no guarantee. No refund, they took his old att sims card now he has to wait for un none timeline for cell service or buy new cell phone and different service. They will rip you off and tell you thats the way it goes. Thieves
This company is terrible don't trust em a family member has been without service for 2 days now and they aren't helping him at all bunch of thieves worthless
