Overall Experience: Very disappointing due to unprofessional behavior, lack of courtesy, and poor service quality.
Employee Conduct:
When we arrived, the employees were sitting outside in the customer seating area, focused on their phones - watching video.
There was no greeting, no “Welcome,” and no acknowledgment that customers had walked in.
For a moment, we genuinely weren’t sure if the store was even staffed.
Online Order Issue:
We placed our order online because Subway themselves sent us an offer.
However, the employees clearly did not like that we used an online offer, and their attitude made it obvious.
If Subway doesn’t want customers using offers, then stop sending notifications — simple as that.
Order Accuracy
We ordered three sandwiches, and one of them had dressing wrongly added by me.
When we tried to correct it, the staff didn’t listen and acted annoyed and ignored us.
Customer Service
The employees were rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in helping.
It felt like they were doing us a favor by making our order.
Language Experience
One thing we noticed:
If you speak Spanish, the staff suddenly becomes friendly and talkative.
But if you don’t, the attitude is completely different.
That’s exactly what we experienced while eating there.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Subway location. I placed an order through the app totaling around $50, and when I arrived to pick it up, staff claimed they never received the order. I showed them the order confirmation in the app as well as the charge deducted from my bank account, but they still refused to make the food I had already paid for.
Instead of trying to resolve the issue or help in any way, I was told to contact my bank for a refund. I politely asked if they could simply make the sandwiches since payment had clearly gone through, but the owner herself refused. She was rude, dismissive, and belittled me in front of other customers.
To make matters worse, when I attempted to leave with the chips and drinks that were included in the order and already paid for, the owner threatened to post me “all over the internet.”
Customer service was completely unacceptable from start to finish. I would not recommend supporting this location or this owner.
Do not trust the published schedules, they close before the indicated time
Bad experience with the ONLY AVAILED REST ROOM THAT IS LOCKED with no sign that a key is needed. Rest room stayed locked whole time we were there like someone was in the RR. Walked by this Subway franchise's employee sitting next to the rest room 3 times who wouldn't mention a key is needed nor offer one. Had black hair mostly bleached blonde. The other RR was also locked but says only for employees. This employee doesn't know how to cut a sub sandwich in quarters either.
Avoid this place.
