This is by far the best subway experience we have had , John took care of us and he was very kind and respectful , I will be back because of him!

The female staff member on the line working at 3p on May 1st has excellent customer service and did very well de escalating a customer that was upset, she was able to keep the conversation professional and offered extra help with the app to assist customer how to correctly order from the app. She was able to keep the customer happy as well. Appreciate her kindness and going the extra mile to help the elderly man.

Subway shop in Edgewood is overcharging every order. Here is a simple example. The daily special is advertised for $6.99. If you ask them the price then they say it is $7.59 with tax. That sounds correct. The problem is that when they ring up your daily special they ring up $7.59, then at the bottom of the receipt the normal sales tax is added. Comparing notes with another customer they do this on all sale regardless of price or type.
The two ladies that were in there today are just employees and correctly point out that the cash register is the one that puts the prices on things. Agreed it is not their fault. They say they have strict orders to no give our the manager's phone number.
