  I was disappointed with my visit. While our food was being made, the manager left the employees unattended. One of the employees shared that it was his first day, and it was clear he had not been properly trained yet. He was trying, but he did not know how to make the sandwich correctly, and there should have been a manager nearby supporting him. This was not the employee’s fault. New team members need proper training and supervision, especially when serving customers. Subway needs to do better with onboarding and manager support so customers receive the service and food quality they expect.

  One of the worst subways I’ve ever experienced. I had a loiter kid take my order and I’m sure is mother is the manager so he talked to me like I was nothing just because I wanted my order corrected .I travel for work and never had a wrap made with little to no meat and cold cheese .
