I was disappointed with my visit. While our food was being made, the manager left the employees unattended. One of the employees shared that it was his first day, and it was clear he had not been properly trained yet. He was trying, but he did not know how to make the sandwich correctly, and there should have been a manager nearby supporting him.
This was not the employee’s fault. New team members need proper training and supervision, especially when serving customers. Subway needs to do better with onboarding and manager support so customers receive the service and food quality they expect.

Usually they r good but this time they overcharged me 27 dollars for a wrap, a veggie sub and a bag of chips. I let them know but there was no manager working so that couldn't refund my money. Waited about 20 minutes to see if a manager was coming. Well I was on lunch, so i didn't want to b late for work. I left my info. But still haven't heard from subway. But it was someone new so i understand how it happened. I jus thought they would have handled it by now and give me a phone call saying they had refunded my money.
