    So I ordered my sandwich and forgot to ask for extra meatballs on the side when I ordered online which is obviously not their fault, but when I tried to add them after I arrived, they said they would have to charge me for an entire sandwich instead of just $3 for double meat. I started to leave because that is ridiculous and they called their manager who taught them how to just charge me for the meatballs which took forever, but at least I was going to get my extra meatballs (which were for my kids btw) but then they told me they could give them to me on the side even though I've ordered them on the side at every subway I've been to in the last 3 years with no problem. They said I'd have to give my sandwich back and they would have to add them to the sandwich. Why do they care where the meatballs are?!?! I walked out.

    Ordered food for my whole family and was initially shorted a six inch because I onky received half of my footlocker they fixed that issue however when I got home and dished out my food to my children every single sandwich had very hard stale bread please dont end up like me and dont waste your money better off grabbing bread from Walmart and meats and making your own sandwiches what a disappointment bread so hard you could hammer with it and the employees seemed perfectly fine serving it smh I get saving cost but bad bread and a bad experience isn't worth loosing a customer should have thrown the bread away and found fresh good bread that's what keeps customers when all you do is sell sandwiches
