Made an online order for pick up. Pick up time 2:05 barely got my food and thats because I asked them if they were going to make it. Rude lady made my food and still took her time. The workers are rude slow and disrespectful. Need to hire more ppl as well. They should've had my order ready.

It seems that even if you order 30 minutes ahead, they still need 20 minutes more to fix your sub. Honestly we need better service in chaparral. Right now I do blame my sandwich artist. Because she is short staffed. She is the only one here, packed and she barely can catch her breath. Food sometimes seems stale or old, not “Fresh” plus attitude of some of these employees is crazy. Really uncalled for. Honestly just here to rant. But over service is pretty bad.

We arrived at 9:24pm and a young lady said we close at 9:30pm and refused service, well that’s one way to lose loyal customers, my family and I will not be going to this location ever again. Wish I could give negative 0.
