  Food was pretty good! Service was completely lacking. Ordered online to help make sure I ordered what I wanted... Came in to pick it up, checked with staff to see if it was ready, so they knew who I was and what I was there to get, but then when it was ready didn't hand it to me, put it over on the shelf.... So I had to work to try and get someone's attention to grab my food for me. Then the coke wasn't working in the despenser, staff saw this but didn't care.... Ice all over the soda machine from people dumping out drinks, staff saw this and didn't care.... Employee walked out right in front of my from the front door, did they hold the door for me? No they did not. Very very poor service. Food halfway decent though, so at least there's that.

  I buy 15 peaces of wings and they only serve 13, plus when I pick up my order there was two lady's at the kitchen just talking, i had to wait till they finish their conversation to be attended. Sept-15 7:15P.M

  I LOOOOOVEE wingstop but this one is carlsbad is always dirty, takes too long and there’s not a glove insight! grabbing the money putting it in the drawer then straight to throwing fries in the baskets 🤢

  Went in for Dinner and got horrible service and Food was cold!! Never had the before until recently!!!
