  I regularly order from this location. Today, I ordered a BMT sandwich for my son. When ordering, I clearly stated I wanted a BMT—but without the salami. when it came time to pay, they charged me an extra $2.00 just because they only add pepperoni and ham; it’s ridiculous They charge you extra if you decide you don't want a specific ingredient—it's totally absurd..

  At 7:30pm tonight I had placed a DoorDash order. The order was absolutely wrong and essentially ruined from sandwich ordered being mixed around and messed up. Dealt with the issue on DoorDash. Then headed to the store in person at about 8-15/8:20ish. Two young boys upfront were extremely helpful and very polite and professional, I just calmly told them about the small mix up and issue(it’s fast food, it gets busy. I definitely understand that). The two boys immediately looked over my ordered and immediately started trying to find out who made it and also quickly remade our order with the absolute best customer service experience I had ever experienced! Very polite and professional staff. They had found out the 3rd young boy in the back had messed up the order. I assume he was closing for the night. No big deal at all, our food is excellent and I 10/10 will be back again

  Staff was very professional they take their job seriously. Sandwiches were on point. Appreciate these young folks work.
