  Julian and Jasmine assisted me today, and they were absolutely amazing! Both were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, but these two truly went above and beyond. They worked great as a team and they made me feel like top priority, and provided so much helpful information throughout the process. Their customer service was top-notch, and they truly deserve a raise and recognition. Thank you both for such an outstanding experience—best customer service ever!!!

  They were excellent, then about 3 months ago they were just *gone*, I'd only had my new phone a month and went to get a case and screen protector and now my nearest cricket is 10 miles away 😂
