  Julian and Jasmine assisted me today, and they were absolutely amazing! Both were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, but these two truly went above and beyond. They worked great as a team and they made me feel like top priority, and provided so much helpful information throughout the process. Their customer service was top-notch, and they truly deserve a raise and recognition. Thank you both for such an outstanding experience—best customer service ever!!!

  Went to Port over 4 lines but just wasted my time poor girl tried her best called everyone no one answered second girl called one guy answered with only an offer of $10 off I'm Better off buying online with corporate then paying an additional $25 per line for activation who does that who pays over $200 to switch to cricket not me I can understand $25 for the 4 line plan but per line sorry I don't want to be robbed just because I came to a dealer and not direct lost a customer for sure
