Service was terrible, pretty sure all the workers were under the influence he kept forgetting what i had just told him to put on the sandwich. Onions were stuck to the ice in the pan that they were in . And the cherry on top were out of pickles and the parmasean vinaigrette sauce that makes the whole sandwich, she didn’t even know what sauce i was talking about she was about to put regular parmesan cheese. Then when it was time to pay he charged me the wrong size sandwich. Just a terrible experience will definitely not be going back

The staff completely abandoned the drive-thru after telling me to pull up to the window to pick up my mobile order while another car was already waiting ahead of me. I had to get out of my car in the middle of the drive-thru and go inside to get my order and ask the driver in front of me to please let me out. This took 30 minutes. There is clearly a failure of management here.

We just stopped by and the sweetest worker named Tommy or Tammy, sorry bad hearing but she was so awesome so nice and easy to talk to and service was so quick! Gave us a good laugh, If I could give 1000 stars I would. Will be coming back!

Food isn’t fresh as they say, sandwiches are always sloppy, anytime my family orders through the app the order is never even being made until I show up to pick up the order. They never answer their phone. They try to close early. Last night I had an online order. I go to pick it up and the doors are locked no one will answer. Finally through drive through someone answered but none of my order was made. They all started laughing thinking they weren’t going to have to make it and now do have to make it. But they had already started putting stuff away. And my order was placed before 8:30 pm when the cutoff time was. As they are then making my order now they come back to tell me how they don’t have things to make 2 of my sandwiches which was an order of 4. So now my family is out sandwiches. We don’t get a refund all we get is told the manager was texted to give a refund. But now no refund has been made. No answer from the store and here it is 1 pm and no one has answered in the last hour I have been calling. So now I have to take the trip down there just to speak to someone to get this still situated. But this isn’t the first time experiencing such bad service from this location.
