  Sorry I like cricket wireless it's just the staff in the belen store didn't know I seen what looked like ..well I'm just going to say the main boss should do a random test for stuff that shouldn't be smoked in the parking lot

  This is the best place for phones in Belen. I had to bring my mom's phone in because she locked it out... Michelle is the absolute bomb! I had been having problems with my phone, I had gone to three other AT&t Representatives who were not able to help me to get my brand new phone going. Google had me locked out, but with Michelle's how she was able to get my phone up and going so that I could get my mom's phone going since I was her second recovery acct. This girl was able to do with four other people couldn't from AT&t. And she did all of this working by herself on Saturday with the line full of customers. She was able to get to everybody in a timely fashion. She is absolutely amazing! If my husband wasn't so stubborn, this is who we would go through. lol I won't go to anybody else after this last experience. I also love the fact that she recognizes people by name, even though she sees quite a few people in any given day. If you need a phone this is the place to go. If you're having problems with your phone, this is the place to go. Thank you so much Michelle, you're a lifesaver!!!

  Long wait time and lady attending seemed annoyed. Only 2 customers in store and still had long wait times.
