  Would not recommend going to this location. I love wingstop and if you want something more professional, go to any other location. This place is not worth it. Through my experience one of the managers blonde, white, middle aged looking guy is very judgmental and seeing the way he treats employees is very unprofessional. The employees here don’t seem to take their job seriously and almost anytime I’ve ordered from here either the employee can never get my order right on the first try or I never receive my ranch that I very much paid for and this has happened more than once I don’t know why I kept coming back in hopes for something different every time. Very disappointing from this place and very disappointing management especially from the general manager he seems to need a reality check and be better to his employees and maybe they’ll be less likely to get orders wrong.

  I would like to take a moment to recognize Emilia for her outstanding customer service. She was extremely helpful and took the time to introduce me to the club program and explain its benefits. She also informed me about the survey opportunity, which allowed me to spin the prize wheel. As a result, I won a delicious free brownie! Emilia was friendly, knowledgeable, and made my experience very enjoyable. Thank you, Emilia, for your excellent service!

  “There was a young lady with red hair and braces who truly stood out during our visit. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and such a positive attitude. She was friendly, attentive, and took the time to explain the loyalty program, making sure we understood all the benefits. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers, but she made us feel welcome and valued. Her kindness, professionalism, and upbeat personality made our experience even better. She is a wonderful example of outstanding customer service, and because of her, we will definitely be coming back again. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!”
