  Very disappointing experience. We ordered a 36-piece from Wingstop, and the food arrived messy, spilled, and leaking sauce through a soggy bag. On top of that, they completely forgot the ranch, which was our biggest issue with such a large order. When I called, the manager offered a credit and a brownie, but I had already placed and paid for a separate order just to get the ranch they forgot. At the very least, I expected them to refund or comp that order since it was only necessary because of their mistake. There was very little effort to actually correct the problem. Poor presentation, missing items, and disappointing customer service.

  I don't even want to be on here writing this but I'm going to start off by they have sick people working in that establishment.... I went in late Sunday and placed quite a big order when I got back home which is 35 min drive from Albuquerque I opened my food up to find out I was missing my large fry and one of my Cajun 5 peice corns, I had ordered 2.... the boneless wings I had ordered were plain and to top it off how you going to give someone 1 ranch for entire order.... either way I called the next morning to speak to a general manager but I was told she wouldn't be in until today so I called again and explained to her what happened and she told me she'd call me back and never did.... I get sick very easily I do not put myself in situations to get sick and I know for a fact I was fine all the way until I ate that food.... I am now fighting an infection I'm am 100% sure it came from whoever was preparing my food. So not only did I waste money I didn't get my food corrected and now im trying to get over this nasty sickness that someone had Givin me through my food. And no this isn't the first time I've had issues with this store.

  Mister James was amazing he listened to what we wanted and made our order really good! everything was fresh and he made us feel welcomed! definitely go see him he won't disappoint your order
