  I've been at this UPS several times dropping off packages I think some people over exaggerate with their problems I have never had a problem with this location they've always been polite and they've always taking care of handling my packages

  The youth that work here are extremely polite and knowledgeable. I am impressed with them every time we come in.

  The notary lady was awesome! She was very nice, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. Really appreciated how helpful and welcoming she was. Great experience!

  The worse service ever I walked in on June 30 th and I started tracking it and they never even tried to deliver it because it was going to Southern California and then they claimed the address was wrong and. Checked with manage of the mall store it was going to and I had the address right we are now July 21st and i kept calling ups customer service they told me my package was still at the location in Albuquerque and Conner the employee was the one that confirmed it was there so I drove over there and yes it was and he did give me the 25 dollars we paid for shipping but my package was insured and the package was all dirty looks like it got ran over by several trucks terrible customer service
