- JHJohn HarpMay 29, 20265.0The UPS Store on Alameda is my preferred shipping location because they are usually available to accept my packages when ever I need to drop-off my Amazon Returns. They also usually have a Notary on site.

Customer service line for other location stuck me with AI call for several minutes, agent couldn't tell me if there was one available. Went to Nusenda instead and they got me in within 3 minutes. Edit to add: your Nusenda team? Idk if that exists but to clarify I went to the Nusenda Credit Union. No affiliation with UPS I'm aware of. And no I'm not contacting you further to waste more of my time. You've done enough of that.

- VAVictoria ArchuletaApr 6, 20261.0This UPS was AWFUL! The kids that are working here either need more training or a 1-on-1 coworker to help them. I came in to send in my 1st grade students book that were supposed to be getting published, and I had waited a while for my turn because the kids working could not help the two customers infront of me. They gave the customers lots of “nothing I can dos” and “yups”. But did not actually help. Then when it was my turn they weighed my package and tossed it afterwards. Not thinking anything of it, because this is their job, I left. What ever they did they managed to ship my box without the book inside of it. Now no one knows where my contents are. This location doesn’t answer their phone. And now the kid is giving me weird information regarding his manager on leave and how he can’t give me personal phone numbers? I hope they can support the kids that work here so maybe they can do more than just talk to each other. This was a terrible experience and my 1st graders are heart broken.
