I hate to leave a negative review but unfortunately I cannot continue going to this location. UPS #0620 off central ave consistently has long wait lines, and while the staff is normally very friendly (specifically the person with the blue & purple hair is very kind, I do not know their name) today on Sunday they had a very passive aggressive man named James. I felt that due to his poor manners, he was trying to over charge me to ship a 1lb book. If your staff need relief due to on the job stress, please provide that to them so they are not taking it out on customers. There was an amazon delivery driver there at the same time that he was quite rude to as well.
It is insane how long it takes to drop off a package here, there a 3 employees and only 3 people in the store, but all 3 employees are helping one person.
It’s like this here every time. Package drop off is never less than 10 minutes

Took 2 packages for shipping and found employees to be very helpful.
I was in predicament, my bank refused to help with some documents verification, so I came to this store in tears.
Shannon was there. She listen to my story and genuinely felt for me. She told me than I would get help. Than Ash took over and my problem was resolved. Thank you very much for your big hearts, guys.

understand that notaries have discretion, but refusing to notarize a completely filled‑out standard affidavit solely because the format was unfamiliar to the notary is not a valid legal reason under notary rules. The document was complete, the signer was present and properly identified, and I specifically scheduled around the only time this person was available. Being turned away on the basis of “I’m not comfortable with this format” felt arbitrary and wasted my time and effort, and I expect better from a professional notary service. She told me it was her last day, which only made it worse. If this is the kind of employee you hire and allow to represent your company until the last minute, then it shows your company doesn’t really care about customers or professional service.
