  While this location used to be fast and friendly, now I just get ignored by the employees when I walk in. I asked to be helped by the two employees behind the counter, and I was received by an annoyed sigh, and "I'm trying to get these other things scanned." Whatever happened to the customer is always first? Such a thing of the past.

  Went in to send Legal Documents. They didn't have the envelopes in stock, then charged me for their lack of inventory!! Not ok!!

  Everyone, I had great service at this UPS store. The staff were friendly and helpful! I use it when I need to mail or fax anything.

  Went to this location on Sunday morning, 09/13/2026, and the older man behind the counter(James) was EXTREMELY RUDE...In years past, I've had NO issues with this location, but this guy was RUDE RUDE..I purchased a mailing box for $15, and then he literally threw it at me..I politely asked for help, and he said "You need to figure it out"..WOW......I also witnessed while waiting in line him being RUDE with other customers..I literally left this place in tears..I am really NOT trying to get him in trouble, however, you can't continue to have employees like him in your kind of establishment..he was absolutely AWFUL-I should have walked out when I witnessed his behavior with other customers.
