  First of all, they now charge $3.50 to receive an email so that you can print something (25 cents a page). That fee alone wouldn't have been enough for a negative review, but the terrible attitudes of the employees ensured I'll find another location for my print/ship needs even though they're the closest to my house. Do they think customers don't have ears? It was wild to stand in line and listen to them discuss how amusing it was to tell a customer there was no manager available and say things like "what did he think asking for my name was going to do? Who are you going to give it to?" Well, maybe management doesn't care, but hopefully other people can steer clear.

  Have used this location a couple of times now and had great service every time. Super quick. Extremely efficient. Nice and professional. Absolutely recommend

  I have been to this location twice now to ship items. Both times the front desk people were unfriendly (Angel and Andrew, I think, respectively). You walk in and say hello and they just stare at you silently. No courtesy of any kind throughout the transaction. Does UPS only hire unfriendly associates? I can tell you I will not visit your store again. The minimum of courtesy would be a teachable skill to your terrible customer service.

  SAT 25 2026 Aside from being SUPER HARD TO FIND WITHOUT ANY "SIGNAGE" OUT ON EITHER Lomas "OR SAN MATEO" (HINT HINT HINT KNOCK YOU OVER THE HEAD) ... the guys behind the counter today were great.
