  This store is undergoing a mutiny, dropped an overnight package off only to find it didn't go out. Stopped in and the workers said they just left before the truck came, planning to close early today, that most of their employees quit and that there's now no ownership oversight of the store. Stay away, especially if you have time sensitive shipments. This is too bad as it was the best one in the NW.

  Always very friendly and helpful staff who have time and patience. It’s out of my way where I live , the service is worth driving there!!

  The staff at this location are phenomenal! Iliana, Serene, Carson and Hailey answered every question I had, helped me through the process of packing and shipping some very expensive and fragile equipment, and even helped me through an unexpected difficulty with the delivery. My items arrived in the condition they were packed in with no issues. Thanks y'all!

  We made an appointment online for passport photos. When we arrived for our appointment we were told the person who took the photos would not be in for another hour. I told her we have an appointment. The employee said, Yea we don’t do appointments here and they should remove that option from online. Dont waste your time going to this location. We went to the UPS store at Academy and Tramway. Everett was so nice and helpful. Took our photos without an appointment. We were done with photos in less than 10min.

  Staff is professional, pleasant, good accuracy, very customer service oriented. Been a satisfied customer over 15 years!
