The Clerk- Laura was very helpful, efficient, even when there a long line of customers. She dealt with the rush of customers very well! Great customer service! With a smile.

DONT USE THIS UPS…I dropped off a 2k optic to get sent back and they took the original box and packed it for me. When it made its way to ATN the box was empty…I called and the manager could care less.

Shipping bag scam. I was informed that I am not permitted to use third-party shipping bags, even those purchased specifically for shipping online. Instead, I was told that I am required to purchase and use shipping bags sold exclusively by your store. This policy seems unnecessary and creates an unfair additional expense for customers.
I came in so frustrated with all the packages I had to get out and the manager, I think her name is Tracey , helped me to calm down and get everything shipped. I’ve never used ups before but I’m glad I decided to that day. Thank you soo much for your assistance.

The employees are rude every time I walk in there to return packages they give me a dirty look like they don't want to work. One of the clerks refused my packages and told me she wouldn't take my package because the driver wouldn't take it, both packages were taped together when they were delivered to my house by UPS and I returned it in the same condition and she refused it saying the driver will not take it if it is taped, however they'll deliver it that way but won't pick it up, that is very contradicting, this inconvenience of their employees costed me a return, since I had to separate both packages from not being taped, the company I returned it to is saying they didn't receive both packages therefore I did not get my refund for my return so thank you UPS FOR BEING INCONSIDERATE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS, AT LEAST USPS DOES NOT REFUSE PACKAGES I BEEN A CUSTOMER WITH UPS FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN TOLD THAT UNTIL I WENT TO THIS LOCATION, I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS TO USPS BECAUSE THEY DONT COMPLAIN ABOUT DOING THEIR JOB AND THEYRE HAPPY TO HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS
