  I went to the store to ship out a package the employee was so helpful and nice. I would recommend this location as they are awesome n out of all the ups stores I have been too this place is the best

  I paid the shipper $18 extra for UPS delivery of package for a local UPS store pick up. It arrived today; and the manager, Regina Padilla, at the The UPS Store 3167 San Mateo NE, ABQ, charged me ANOTHER $16.14 to PICK IT UP at her location. She said the UPS stores are all independently owned and operated. She said she was entitled to send my package back to the sender or I pay $15 fee plus tax to pick it up ($16.14.) All other UPS stores I’ve frequented never charged me to pick up my package, nor treated me so ill mannerly. Karma.
