  I chose this location to have my items picked up as a safe way to keep my packages away from porch pirates. It’s close to my house which makes it convenient. I give this place 2 stars for the customer service. There’s always a guy and two girls there in the afternoons and for whatever reason, the two girls always have a bad attitude. I changed my preferred location to the J Store on Wyoming. It’s a little further away, but the employees there have better manners and are more customer oriented.

  I emailed this location on Monday, August 24, with a poster printing request and included both my email address and phone number in case they had any questions. I received no response. On Wednesday, August 26, I called to follow up. The employee found my email, and I specifically confirmed that they could complete the order by Friday at the end of the day. I was verbally assured that they could complete this order and that it would be ready Friday EOD. By late Friday, I still had not received any communication, so I called again. They had no idea which order I was even referring to, which was a bad sign. After finding my email, the manager told me they were unable to print that poster size. I explained that another employee had already confirmed the order was not only doable, but that it would be ready by today. She blamed the confusion on new hires and said it “should have been common sense” that they did not have a printer large enough. I get that mistakes happen, especially with new employees. However, once my request was accepted by mistake, as soon as they realized it could not be completed, that should have been communicated to me ASAP. Instead, I was left hanging with no update whatsoever. I had to proactively call for a second time, on the day I had been told the poster would be ready, just to learn that they could not print it at all. On top of this, the manager took no accountability for the lack of quality control, the failure to catch the issue, or the complete absence of communication from the department she manages. There was no apology and no indication that the problem would be addressed. Just blame placed on a new hire who she assumed made the mistake. This experience was frustrating because I went out of my way to ensure this to request could be ready by a certain day, and proactively reached out to confirm it too. I was pretty disappointed by the poor organization, communication, and customer service at this location. I hope that there is some improvement in the customer support and QC standards of this location.

  I went to the store to ship out a package the employee was so helpful and nice. I would recommend this location as they are awesome n out of all the ups stores I have been too this place is the best
