  Ordered 2 subs, wanted light onion on one and everything but lettuce on the other, was told hot pepper was a dollar extra and I told the guy no I don't want any and he loaded the damn sandwich with so many of them it made me sick. Also asked for them to cut the the two sandwiches into thirds......... 2 heard me say that and it was cut once down the middle......... When paying it added a 2 dollar and something tip ........ This visit here was my final one.

  It’s been a long time since any chain has showed not only respect but common sense towards me as a customer. “Sandwich artists” are still a thing. 10/10 please keep up the good work

  Went to this subway for the first time. Had the nicest gentleman working the counter. Such amazing customer service. I already love subway this just made me love it even more:)

  Burnt the heck out of the food and then placed it directly with an ice cold drink in a tight paper sleeve, defeating the purpose of getting a hot sub.

  Always have positive experience in this branch. Sandwich artist Arcadia never fails to deliver excellent customer service. Always greets us with a smile from coming in and out from the store. Makes high quality, filling, worth every penny subs. Will definitely go back over and over. Great job!
