  I had a very unpleasant experience tonight at Subway at Loves Travel stop. I live on the other side of town but visit this location due to it being open 24 hours so I drive all the way there and when I walk in a younger girl wearing a subway shirt tells me that there closed very rudely yet everything is out. Very inconvenient to drive all that way waste of gas waste of time I will not be visiting this location anymore.

  Absolutely disgusting customer service experience. After checking out a customer at the register, an employee, a heavyset female with tattoos on her arms, stood right in the middle of the floor openly picking her nose with no concern for who was watching. This wasn’t just a quick scratch either; she was continuously digging in her nose in plain view of customers. She then turned around and casually said she needed to get new gloves. At that point, I completely lost confidence in the cleanliness and food safety of this location. There was no way I was going to eat a sandwich prepared under those conditions. Extremely unprofessional and unsanitary experience. And if management honestly cares, they happened around 6 PM on May 7.

  The subway employee went over and beyond to make my experience tonight every good! S/o to him!
